Refund and Cancelation Policy

Cancellations

1. Notice Period: If you need to cancel our services, please inform us as soon as possible. The notice period significantly affects the refund process.
2. Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure our services. This fee covers the initial costs and reserves your spot on our calendar.
3. Cancellation Charges:
   • If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, no additional cancellation fee is charged, but the booking fee is not refundable.
   • For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total package price will be charged.

Rescheduling

1. Rescheduling Flexibility: We offer a one-time rescheduling of your event without any additional charge, subject to our availability. Please notify us at your earliest convenience.
2. Additional Rescheduling: Any subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a fee based on the package chosen and our availability.

Refunds

1. Refund Process: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
2. Refund Method: Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment or Bank Transfer, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Partial Refunds: In cases where work has already commenced, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund that reflects the work completed.

Force Majeure

1. No Fault Cancellation: In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule our services to a later date without any additional rescheduling fee.

Client Responsibilities

1. Notification: Prompt communication of any changes in your event plans is crucial. Please inform us as soon as there are any potential changes or cancellations.
2. Agreement Terms: Clients are encouraged to review and understand the terms and conditions in their entirety at the time of booking.

Modifications to Policy

AhaLok Studios reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
